Rogers boys win 4-3 at Cambridge

The Rogers Royals took a 4-0 lead, then hung on to beat Cambridge-Isanti 4-3 on Saturday in Cambridge.

Travis Limoseth knocked in two goals and Trent Fredrickson and Shane Smith one each for Rogers (6-5 conference, 9-14 overall).

Cambridge-Isanti (3-7, 9-13) rallied with Austin Schlenker scoring  in the second and third periods, and Levi Miller making it 4-3 with a goal with 1:46 left in the game.

Rogers goalie Jackson Nelson made 25 saves and CI’s Nate Muehlberg made 31

Rogers will close the regular season hosting St. Francis on Thursday.
